after pregnancy my weight is 75.how to reduce my weight plz suggest me.

A. Dear mum, for healthy weight loss, eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast. good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily.
