So I don’t know what all have you done to reduce down your weight but I believe this thing is normally going to work with most of the people so try doing intermittent fasting start with at least a minimum of 12 hours and go up to 16 hours that what you are schools should be so in this case I would advise you that you have your mail maximum by 630 in the evening after that if you feel hungry you can just have green tea or something nothing else would be recommended to have or hot water and in the morning start your day after about 830 where you can I have a lemon water and then your tea and every think so this we will complete about 12 to 14 hours do this regularly and you can have basic food don’t know I have a oily or junk and all try doing this for a month I’m sure you’ll see very good results with yourselfWrite Your Answer Here
