To break this plateau take a break from diet for a day or two and then start again
Start intermittent fasting that is 10 hrs eating Window and 14 hrs fasting ..for ex if u had your dinner at 8pm then u can have anything after 10.am next morning.. it helps a lot
Include more protein and fiber in diet and reduce or restrict completely bread biscuit chips sweets and sugar fried food
Change your exercise pattern
Water 3l per day
Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi,Post pregnancy weight can only be reduced through exercises and healthy diet. Start exercising after consulting with your gynecologist. Intially start with simple exercises like yoga, jogging and then move to heavy one. Avoid fried, sugar and outside food completely.
Stay home, Stay safe.
