Q.

Hi I’ve heard that moms lose weight in the first few months after delivery . I am 3 months postpartum and my weight has increased after delivery. What can I do to reduce pregnancy weight.?

A. hi mom limit ghee, fried or sugary foods have good proteins, variety of vegetables, fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well this will help in good quality milk as well as weight loss
