After delivery what type exercise is best ?? when to start. I delivered normally.

A. If you have delivered vaginally then you can start working out as early as six weeks after giving birth itself but make sure that you don’t overdo and don’t portion control as long as you’re exclusively breast-feeding your babyWrite Your Answer Here
