#AskTheExpert Normally how much weight gain is normal in first 6 months after delivery?? After how much time should I start dieting and exercise after baby

A. hi mom post delivery u r not supposed to gain weight rather u should loose weight .. if it has already been 6 months start exercising do yoga brisk walk

A. you can start exercising after 4-6 months of c section delivery as you feel healed up will not advise dieting as you are lactating yes restrict sugar and sweet intake avoid oily spicy food keep yourself well hydrated
