Q.

hi.. I have 2 months old baby delivered normally. baby is doing good. I want to reduce belly fat. I am using belt but its not so effective. When can I start exercise for the same? could anyone please suggest the exercises?

A. hi mom u can start with brisk walk if ur posts partum period was uneventful ... gradually u can start yoga along with strict diet control .. take care ...

A. start with walk and take jeera and ajwain water early in the morning this will help weight loss. plank also helps a lot u can start doing that
