Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup hung curds (overnight hung)
  • ¼ cup grated cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 10 g cabbage
  • 10 g tomatoes
  • 10 g onions
  • 10 g cucumber
  • 1 green chilli
  • 10 g coriander
  • 10 g mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

Method

Step 1

Mix all the above given ingredients, except bread, in a bowl.

Step 2

Adjust salt and pepper according to your preferences.

Step 3

Apply a little butter on one side of the bread. Smear a little spread on the buttered side bread and make a sandwich.

Step 4

You can grill the sandwich for added piquancy.
