  4. Once the ghee is hot, add in the veggies and cook until they turn soft.
  5. Next, add in the spinach puree and sauté for a minute.
  6. Add in the soaked moong dal, quinoa along with turmeric, salt, and water. And mix well.
  7. Pressure cook for three whistles on a medium flame.
  8. Once the air releases, mash the khichadi.
