- 4 cups Baby Spinach, raw
- 150 gm vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- Water
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Step 2
Blend for about 1-2 minutes. Add water or milk, if the mixture seems too thick to blend.
Step 3
Serve at room temperature.
