Spinach and banana smoothie

Spinach and banana smoothie uses a combination of a liked fruit with a unliked veggie. This smoothie is, therefore, a great way to sneak in some greens in your child’s diet. Thus thick and tasty smoothie requires just a few minutes to gratify you.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Baby Spinach, raw
  • 150 gm vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Water

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender.

Step 2

Blend for about 1-2 minutes. Add water or milk, if the mixture seems too thick to blend.

Step 3

Serve at room temperature.
