Nutella Swirl Muffins
Is your kid bored with the regular cereal or bread-jam-butter breakfast? Well, it is time you perk up his breakfast plate with these delicious muffins. These muffins taste delicious even without any icing, courtesy Nutshell. This hazelnut spread is yummy and healthy too. To up the health quotient of these muffins, use whole-wheat flour instead of maids.

Ingredient
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp Nutella
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease 6 muffin tins, dust it with flour and shake off the excess flour.
STEP 2
In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder and soda and sieve. Set aside. In another large bowl, whisk together butter and condensed milk until light and fluffy. Add buttermilk and vanilla and whisk again.
STEP 3
Add the dry ingredients mixture into the wet ingredients. Mix until combined. Add the vinegar and whisk lightly once again.
STEP 4
Fill each muffin tin with about 1/2 full with batter. Add a tablespoon of Nutella into each and swirl it around a few times with a knife.
STEP 5
Bake it in the pre-heated oven for 15-18 minutes. When done, take them out of oven at let them cool down to room temperature before serving.
