Grilled Paneer Sandwich
With the goodness of paneer and veggies and fiber from whole-wheat bread, it is not just delicious but healthy and filling too. Pair up this sandwich with a glass of fruit milkshake or smoothie of your choice and you’ll be serving a well-rounded meal to your kiddo.

Ingredients
- 12 brown bread slices
For the filling
- 1/2 cup paneer, grated
- 3 tbsp capsicum, chopped
- 3 tbsp cabbage, grated
- 3 tbsp carrots, grated
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1small green chili, minced
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
To assemble
- Green Chutney
- Tomato Ketchup
- Tomato slices
- Cucumber slices
- Chaat masala
- Butter to grease
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients listed for the filling. Taste for seasoning. Set aside.
Step 2
Butter one side of each bread slice. On the unbuttered side of 6 slices apply green chutney and on the rest 6 slices apply tomato ketchup.
Step 3
Take the slices with green chutney side up and spread the prepared paneer filling. Over it arrange tomato and cucumber slices. Sprinkle chaat masala. Cover with the bread slices smeared with tomato ketchup with buttered side up. Repeat the same with the rest of the bread slices.
Step 4
Grill them on a sandwich maker till golden lines appear on both sides. Slice them into two halves.
Step 5
Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney. Enjoy!
