Diet Plan for 8 Month 3 Week Old Baby
Introduction
After a week of feeding wholesome and nourishing food to you baby, you are all set for week 3, wherein you follow a similar diet plan, but, you have some freedom to experiment with soft textures and different ingredients. Remember that all the meals should have appropriate quantities of vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates, so the ingredients must be chosen wisely to provide maximum nourishment to your baby. You will also notice your baby become more active this week. He could reject certain foods out of boredom. If that happens, you can serve different combinations of foods or mash them a little less to leave soft grains and chewable chunks that your baby can gnaw on. Different types of soft breads or chapatis with no oil can also be introduced. The varied textures and increased nourishment will give him more energy and help him transition further to solid foods.
