Once a day, you can even drink flavoured water such as pudina water, lemon water, or ginger water. However, don’t drink lemon water regularly as it might lead to acidity.Some other foods you can have based on your health condition after the checkups and tests. Many women face the problem of morning sickness in the early months of pregnancy, hence they lose their appetite. But you shouldn’t stop eating. Avoid the foods that make you puckish; eat remaining foods.The above foods should be consumed as soon as you find out that you are pregnant. As the baby needs all kinds of vitamins, proteins, calcium, and iron, eat foods that contain all these minerals. Following an unhealthy diet can pose complications for your baby.
