Blue Lagoon Mocktail
This sweet-sour mocktail can make any party interesting. The refreshing aroma and the razzle-dazzle blue colour makes it all the more appealing. Let us tell you a quirky tip to up the health quotient of this drink. Divide the drink into two batches. To the first batch, add freshly diced pineapple pieces in the drink before serving it to the kids. In the second, add vodka or rum and it’ll be as adult-approved as it can get.

Ingredients
- 100 g pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 ml blue curacao syrup
- Pineapple pieces, for garnishing
- 2 glasses or 250 ml water / soda
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- Mint leaves
Method
Step 1
In a tall jug, pour pineapple juice and lemon juice. Stir it well.
Step 2
Now, pour curacao syrup in the jug and stir it again.
Step 3
Place ice cubes in the glass and then mint leaves over the ice cubes.
Step 4
Now pour the mixed blue coloured juice over it.
Step 5
Garnish it with a pineapple wedge and serve chilled.
