#BlendItUp Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This is a favourite go-to breakfast drink, which suits my health conscious husband perfectly. It’s super quick to make, and while it’s healthy and nutritious, it’s also absolutely yum! If you’re looking to cut back on some calories, replace the apple juice with brewed and cooled green tea, and you’ve got a super healthy, super filling breakfast to go.

1 People 5 Minutes  2 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 whole banana, peeled and cut into slices
  • 200 ml apple juice/green tea

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender, starting with the strawberries, and blend until smooth. Pour out and serve immediately.
