Jhatpat Eggs

Trust us when we say, it takes less than 10 mins of hands-on work.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- Salt as required
Method
Step 1
Boil eggs for ten minutes.
Step 2
After the eggs cool down, peel off the outer shell.
Step 3
Cut the eggs into half vertically with a sharp knife and scoop out the yellow part in to a small bowl. Mash it well without any lumps.
Step 4
Now add both the mayonnaise and check the taste.
Step 5
Mix well and put it in a piping bag. Using a star-shaped nozzle, pipe the mashed yolks into the egg whites.
Step 6
Decorate it with ketchup, as shown in the image, and watch your kids devour them down with frenzy.
