Its creamy texture and rich taste makes it a versatile ingredient in many salad mixes. You can serve this super healthy salad with a side of tomato ketchup or low-fat mayonnaise. - 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- 2 oranges, segmented
- 10 g mint leaves (optional)
- 30 g cucumber, chopped
- 2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 10 g parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
Cut the lettuce leaves into pieces.
Now, take 2 ripe avocados, and get them peeled, pitted and diced.
Take a large bowl and add halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber and segmented oranges in the bowl.
Now, add the chopped mint leaves and parsley into the bowl.
Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture and toss it.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder. You can even drizzle some olive oil over the salad mixture and toss it.
