Apple & Prune Puree
Prunes can be a good source of antioxidants for babies. If your baby is prone to constipation, a couple cubes of prunes a day should help keep their motions regular! Babies seldom reject the flavour as these are pretty yum!

Cut each half into 4-6 pieces.
Remove pits from prunes or get pitted prunes if you want to save time.
Put apples, prunes, and water into a large saucepan.
Cover and cook on high flame.
Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool a little.
Pour everything into a blender, puree until smooth.
Feed you baby instantly.
If you wish to store for later use, pour into ice cube trays and allow it to cool. Cover/wrap, and freeze.
Thaw in the fridge the night before use. You can also thaw by putting the ice cubes in a bowl over another bowl of hot water on the counter to defrost.
