A. Hi parent Walk more , Practice Light yogasana and Surya namaskar (but very slowly ) Don't use maida , packaged and processed food , sugar , oily food ,RO water for drinking Take millets (don't use wheat ) , probiotics and citrus fruits Take sunbath daily
