#asktheexperts Hi Deepinder mam,can you please tell what type of excercise can be done after 6 months of c-sesssion.it will be helpful if you say the name of excercises?

A. after 6 months of cesarean section Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
