* Start your day with a glass of Luke warm.lemon water which helps to kick start your metabolism for the day.
* Have a healthy and balanced diet.
* Eat short and frequent meals
* Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
* Have a good breakfast and light dinner
* Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day
* Start exercise for 15-20 minutes a day and then gradually increase it to 45 minutes a day.

as your body went through major surgery, please give enough time to get back in shape.
it is advisable to start doing any workout only after 6 months of delivery
so please wait for few days more.
avoid using vehicles for short distance.
walk , Walk and walk.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
avoid taking junk food items.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
