what type of excercise I can do after 2 month of c section for weight loss?

A. Hello You can start with walking, yoga sana too Walk for 45 minutes. daily Try to slowly increase the stamina then you can move to running, swimming, zumba too Move to strength training after few months for muscle gain & strength gain
