Q.

what foods should I include in my diet to raise vit d3 levels as I cannot take medication due to allergy?

A. No.. totally allergic to vitamin d3.. my mother has the same problem too and she is now suffering from osteoporosis.. I need to increase d3 levels to avoid osteoporosis.. I already tried taking medication but am unable to.. I tried walking in the early morning sunlight and resulted in slight boils and burns.. 😔 but d3 levels had not increased..

A. Hi Can’t even take an injection for vitamin D which is given a weekly or monthly something like that if you cannot go for anything that you should consult a nutritionist she can advise you with all the things all the right things that you should be having to increase the amount of vitamin D and try to sit in the sun for at least one hour in the morning where you know you can get direct exposure to sun for each vitamin e
