My doctor has suggested to take low potassium diet as my potassium level is 5.7 mmol/L. What food should I include in my diet to help lower potassium levels?

A. The best way to have a low potassium diet is make sure you are omitting food ite or atleast reducing the ones that have high Potassium content.
