What foods to include in my child’s diet to improve immunity?

A. dear mum, balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity. Child's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger can be included.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please add fresh fruits and vegetables in baby diet and also add citrus fruits and also give baby tulsi drops and giloy juice for better immune system. Take care
