how to boost immunity for 2years kid,what type of foods we have to include in his diet#asktheexpert

A. you should give three healthy meals whatever you cook for your whole family.. besides this..2-3 servings of fruits and milk.. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. Hi dear good morning best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables. Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, Mushroom Chicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required On time vaccination is also important to give your kid.
