what are the benefits of mustard oil, how to use it ? can be used for daily massage ?

ExpertDr Arti SharmaPaediatrician7 years agoA. Hello Mild, non-irritant oil free of fragrance is advisable for oil massage. Coconut , Olive or Almond oil are best pure cold pressed free from additives any impurities examples. However, if the baby has any rash on the skin, one should not do an oil massage until and unless the doctor advises to do so.

s madaanMom of a 10 yr old girl7 years agoA. Now what is mustard while is not good better to avoid using it for regular massage of your baby but if your baby is suffering with cough cold then you can apply it on the chest and back of the baby
