A. diet modification is the key as well as you need to do cycling brisk walking and simple exercises to begin with at least 5 to 6 days in a week. you need to cut off sugar and extra carbohydrates from your ditdiet and include good protein intake in your diet avoid any kind of junk food. a balanced diet containing high fibres and plenty of fluids will be of great help. thereafter you can do abdominal core muscle exercises if you have completed at least six months after your delivery and other form of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.

A. Yes Weight gain is very normal after delivery because you are eating quite a lot because you’re breastfeeding the child so it’s very normal if you want to lose on your weight you follow any exercising regime that suits you and also you can take a diet from a dietician
