A. Hi, start doing walking and yoga.yoga is a best practice to reduce your weight and get back into shape and tighten your skin post delivery. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated as a breastfeeding mom it is very important. Continue the iron and calcium supplements until one year. avoid oily and spicy food.Write Your Answer Here
