Q.

one more I want to loose my weight & I can't do exercise & too walking cz m not able to do this( reason- last year my leg was injured in an accident) what to do to loose my weight?

A. Hi , you can focus on healthy eating and balanced diet with homecooked foods. include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, adequate water amd healthy fats in small quantities. add small mid-meals after 2 hours. avoid carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats, refined flour, processed foods

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to try intermittent fasting which means that try to keep a gap of 16 hours between your breakfast and dinner try to make sure that you have dinner pretty early so that there is gap
