normal delivery .. exercise..doing daily but pain are not coming

A. You have not mentioned the time of your pregnancy so I would just suggest you to do a walk for at least thousand to 1500 steps in a day along with that squats with the help of an export should be good that also helps a lot and you can do ball exercises that is also going to be good
