can I do stomach exercise after 2 years of baby delivery ....I started but I feel lil pain in my abdomen ..how to start exercise

A. yes you can start doing exercise .the stomach pain may be due to to sudden heavy exercise. it's always been recommended to start with mild daily work and start with mild exercise and then move out for heavy workout

A. hello yes we can start with exercise now which is absolutely not a problem and abdominal exercise can help to reduce your tummy.. start with the exercise slowly which would be better and do not strain too much and you can even start with yoga or zumba
