NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes we can start with exercise now which is absolutely not a problem and abdominal exercise can help to reduce your tummy.. start with the exercise slowly which would be better and do not strain too much and you can even start with yoga or zumba
