#asktheexperts when to start exercise after normal delivery and which exercises are required?

A. you can start exercising by completion of Six weeks. eat protein rich diet. stay hydrated. walk for half an hour daily. avoid stress prefer exclusive breastfeeding

A. hi it is advisable to start any workout only after 6 months age. so ,after 6 months of delivery ,you can start with gentle exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks etc
