Q.

when should we start yoga stretch exercise after normal delivery.. I have pain in my lower abdomen when I run or jump during exercise

A. hi mom plz start all the exercises gradually .. and do acc to ur comfort level and ur fitness level ... plz do not exceed your threshold .. take care

Write Your Answer HereHello Mom ) after normal delivery maximum 45 days are needed to get healed with your stitches after that you are well to do now is your third month you can start doing brisk walking and a few poses of yoga this will maintain your stamina and gradually you will get back to normal
