Q.

My wife had a C section. It's been 15 days. When can she start exercising and running to lose weight? She wants to start as soon as possible, I want her to wait and so is her gynae who wants her to wait till 6months. Should she wait for 6 months?

A. Hi Since you're breastfeeding your baby, you would require more calories to make breastmilk. this is the time to eat nutritious foods, sleep well & practice meditation Exercise can be started once baby completes 6 months & when complementary foods are started
