I have had a baby for 7 months. When can I start exercising? I had a c-section

A. After a C-section, it's generally recommended to wait at least 6-8 weeks postpartum before starting any exercise, and to get clearance from your doctor, especially for more intense activities.

A. Right now you can go for brisk walk if you want and a proper exercising heavy exercising should be done after 8 to 10 months of your delivery and that when your doctor Suggest you do because C-section delivery a lot of restrictions are there so you have to check with your doctor on that
