My baby is 3 months old. I had a c section should i start exercising for weight loosing?

A. See Once you deliver basic Keagle exercises are suggested by the doctor so that you you know I do not have much of back pain after your delivery and everything because it’s very important for a C-section person because they have too much of pain due to epidural into the body. Otherwise if you’re thinking of doing proper exercising that’s going to be after completing the 7 to 8 months of your delivery
