A. you can wait till 4 to 6 months for the body to recover post c-section modify your diet start walking for 30 minutes everyday a later on you can add abdominal exercises

A. Hi mom. It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Till then eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food for healthy milk supply and to recover from weakness after delivery. Take care of
