Q.

Hi Doctor I had a C-section in January. when can I start exercising as earlier I was exercising regularly and during my pregnancy as well?

A. in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal properly.so strictly avoid any exercise before completion of one year.. otherwise there are chances of delayed recovery

A. good morning for six months after the delivery you should avoid exercise and after that you can start when light exercises and if you are comfortable you can gradually increased those exercises
