Q.

My weight is 63kg and my baby is 11+ months old. I would like to reduce my weight. plz suggest

A. Dear mum, to reduce weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid processed and packaged foods. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Don’t store or buy junk. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
