So make sure to play activities like running, football, cycling daily for atleast an hour

do exercises or yoga regularly.
walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
