hello doctor I am 11 years old and my weight is 47 how to reduce my weight please suggest me

A. Hello For children we donot recommend strict diets. but adequate physical activity is surely required So make sure to play activities like running, football, cycling daily for atleast an hour Avoid sugar. chocolates, fries, Biscuits, waffers, bakery products junk foods , maggi

A. hi do exercises or yoga regularly. walk walk and walk. don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
