Q.

During pregnancy my weight has been increased to 78 kgs from 63kg. After delivery it was reduced to 67kg now again its increasing gradually. Kindly advise from when I can start doing exercises and workouts to reduce my weight. My delivery was a c section delivery.

A. Hi You can start a proper low calorie diet after baby completes 6 months you can start brisk walking for 30 minutes daily now Also try to restrict foods like fried foods, junk foods sugary drinks packaged foods
