it will take some time to get back to normal body shape.
a lot of weight will be reduced by feeding.
drink plenty of water in a day.
have two cups of green tea in a day.
start your day with warm zeera water.
have a balance diet of carbs protein and fat.
have high protein breakfast.
avoid any kind of stress.
avoid having oily snacks and sugary drinks unnecessarily.
