Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. diet modification is the most important key to loose extra fat as well as you need to do cycling brisk walking and simple exercises to begin with at least 5 to 6 days in a week. you need to cut off sugar and extra carbohydrates from your diet and include good protein intake in your diet avoid any kind of junk food. a balanced diet containihng high fibres and plenty of fluids will be of great help.
thereafter you can do abdominal core muscle exercises if you have completed at lea st six months after your delivery and other form of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.

please do some exercise and yoga for one hour daily
it is very helpful
please avoid all packed food
please include green leaf veggies and fruit in your daily diet
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
