Q.

My weight is 82 kg since delivery by cesarean. My stomach look like 9 month pregnant. I have tried walking but weight or stomach has not reduced a bit. My baby is 15 months. Before pregnancy My weight was 63kg. Why my stomach is still large and how can I reduce it?

A. cut on oil in foods. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
