Q.

My daughter is 11 yr 4 month.. She had her 1st period on September 24th.. post that she has got her period till date.. it's now 3 months..pls advise if this is normal or any precution need to be taken.

A. It takes over two years for the menstrual Pattern to form, so no need to worry if she hasn’t got her period.Just wait and watch and keep her prepared for any period at school.

A. hi usually it is normal although it Happens due to particular health condition too, better to check with your gynecologist for once please prefer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet avoid giving junk food items frequently keep your child well hydrated
