Q.

#AskTheExpert iI gave birth to my girl on 1st Feb, this year. On that day I got my first period post delivery. Then on 1st March also I got second period. After that I didn't have period from April till date. My baby is breastfed. Is it normal or need to worry ?

A. yes absolutely normal and no need to worry periods Mein remain a regular till one year after delivery and no medication is needful for that just take proper sleep whenever baby is sleeping with good nutritious diet

A. If you begin menstruating again while you're breastfeeding, you may experience spotting and irregular periods and wonder what's going on. It's completely normal to have inconsistent cycles when you're breastfeeding a baby, and you can chalk it up to the same hormones that caused amenorrhea.
