instead of spending money on this,I will suggest you to opt for natural ways.
so to reduce belly fat she should do the following things:
do exercises or yoga regularly
walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
maintain good hygiene
