Wait as of now you should not working and start working out before 12 weeks of your normal delivery also I’m just going to advise you as of now that you can just wait and start doing yoga after three months of your completion you can go for running and jogging whatever you want to but please don’t go ahead with dieting as of now as it is going to affect your breast feeding
